A crocodile in water.

Okwali kuna ongadu yafya ondjala neenghono.

Once there was a very hungry crocodile.


A crocodile swimming in water.

Okwali tai kongo oikulya tai hondjaunine melimweneneno. Okudja opoo…

He searched for food slowly and quietly. And then…


A crocodile jumping out of the water.

Xwanu!! Ongadu oya kwatasha.

POW!!! The crocodile strikes!


A crocodile holding a tray of food.

Nokonima inai fya vali ondjala, ndele yoo okwali ya hafa.

After that he is no longer hungry, and he is happy.


A crocodile disappearing into the water.

Fiyo osheshi yaka fya vali ondjala.

Until he gets hungry again.
