A crocodile in water.

Okwa li ku na ongandu ya sa ondjala.

Once there was a very hungry crocodile.


A crocodile swimming in water.

Oya kongo iikulya tayi hundjunine meimweneneno.

He searched for food slowly and quietly. And then…


A crocodile jumping out of the water.

Wayu!!! Ongandu ya ponoka ya kwata!

POW!!! The crocodile strikes!


A crocodile holding a tray of food.

Konima yaashoka ongandu kaya li we ya sa ondjala noya li ya nyanyukwa.

After that he is no longer hungry, and he is happy.


A crocodile disappearing into the water.

Sigo ya si ondjala ishewe.

Until he gets hungry again.
